Great location for my needs - close to bus station & department store with plenty of food options. Cleanliness was good and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. Traveling around the city was no problem with various transportation options available.
No complaints.

During our stay at 14 Resort, we were pleased with the convenient location near Seacon Bangkae and the free shuttle service to BTS Bangwa. The resort itself was nice and close to SeasonCon, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The upcoming construction of a new BTS station nearby also shows promise for improved transportation options in the future. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience was pleasant and we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near a market and a shopping center. It was also easy to get around Bangkok from there. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff was not friendly and welcoming. They failed to communicate information effectively and were not helpful in resolving issues.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a department store nearby that offers various food shops and Secon Square shopping center. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are new and clean, with amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a hot water shower.
Some guests had issues with daily login tickets for Wi-Fi, and one reviewer noted that the bathroom walls had visible mold.
